I have a reset password CD and to use it I need to get into the bios before
the OS starts up to reset the administrators’ password. How can I get into
the bios to change the administrators password? I do not know the password
for the administrator and wish to set it to blank.

That depends on the computer/motherboard.
Some laptops need to be sent to the manufacturer to have the BIOS password
reset.
Most desktops have a jumper on the motherboard that needs to be moved to
reset the BIOS password.

Check your motherboard/computer manual and/or contact the manufacturer for
details.

Then there is probably a jumper on the motherboard.
Check the manufacturers website for details tine all motherboards are
different.

Also, this is not a server issue, further questions should be directed to a
more appropriate newsgroup:

Why do you feel you need to "get into the bios" ? Is the computer password
protected at computer startup and you forgot that too? If you simply need to
reconfigure the computer to boot from the cdrom you should see a message
flash by as the computer starts on how to access computer settings. Often
holding down the del key during startup will work. --- Steve
