I get XML feeds as input and have to store this data on our server. I
have worked with databases but new to XML. Can someone tell me how I
can store and manage this data?

Sounds simple. The server has a disk, or disks, I presume.

Why would you need to know about XML in order to store it?

XML can be stored as files on a server. You can manage data in different
ways. What would need to do with it?

But how does this relate to HTML, and specifically to HTML authoring for the
WWW? Have just been throwing messages around, into more or less randomly
chosen forums?

Could you map the structure of the XML feed onto a relational database?

Steve.
