I have my desktop wirelessly paired with my XPS Gen2 which is running
the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack Version 4.00.11(D).

The services I have enabled on the desktop and XPS2 are File Transfer,
Imaging, Serial Port, and Object Push.

I can send any type file over Bluetooth from the XPS2 to the desktop.

I can send any type file over Bluetooth from the desktop to the XPS2,
except image files (.jpg or .bmp).

When I try to send image files to the XPS2, the "Copying..." screen
appears, but the "Opening FTP connection" screen does not. Then the
indicated error is always:

"Error establishing connection (OBEX_RSP_NOT_ACCEPTABLE)"

RTFM/Google is no help. How can I enable image transfer from the
desktop to the XPS2 Toshiba Bluetooth Stack?

Try disabling OBEX, Object Push. Also, run disk cleanup on both
computers to resolve internet cache issues with image files.

Two things to confirm:

1        XPS2 can receive the files you send from PC at any state?

2,        the file type is supported by XPS2?

"OBEX_RSP_NOT_ACCEPTABLE" usually indicates that the OPP/FTP server reject
the connecttion. There could be so many reasons. The above just the two among
them.
