Different target markets.
SBS has much customization for the small/med business.
It can form a domain and allows other machines to become
peer DC with the SBS server. However, it cannot be in a
multi-domain forest, it cannot trust other forests, etc.. and
it cannot have large numbers of clients. IOW it targets the
small/mid size business.
