Please log in for more thread options First thing to do if a fresh install isn't behaving is to run some hardware
diagnostics, test the hard drive and memory to make sure there are no
problems there. for the memory test use Memtest86 http://www.memtest.org/ The hard drive diags can be downloaded from the mfg's website.
