My laptop froze and i could not do anything with it. Now it will try to load
windows, show a screen that says Were sorry for the inconvienience.... and
asks me if I want to do a safe mode, a safe mode with command prompt or a
safe mode with networking, or last known settings that worked. no matter what
I do, it seems to flash one of those old blue error message screens and then
goes back to the Toshiba logo, and its a never ending circle from there.

If you cannot even get into Safe mode, then about the only thing you can do
is reload the OS. If you have data on that drive that you need to recover,
I'd suggest pulling it out and finding a way to install it into a desktop
PC...then you should be able to access the files on that drive.

So what did you install right before this started happening?
