Just recently my Windows Time (clock) keeps loosing time. I set it one day
and within a day it has lost several hours. Could this be my MB battery or
some other problem? Thanks for the help.

Your PC will only lose time if the CMOS battery is low and your PC is turned
off. While your PC is on, the time should be fairly accurate. By default,
Windows only updates the time every 7 days, or when you boot your PC. You
can change the setting to something different. See www.dougknox.com, Win XP
Utilities, Change Internet Time Sync Interval.

This group is for Windows Media Center issues, you question would be more on
topic in the XP general group.
Check the battery first to rule it out.
