unfortunately I have no answer for you, but I think I experienced the same
problem. Was last Saturday in the office and changed a few servers to
Windows 2003. After this I had to share a folder on one of them again (and I
believe ;-) I did, since I tested some procedures built on top of this
share). On Monday morning this share wasn't alive any more.
Now I did reboot my server in the time between. Did your server also perform
a reboot? How old was the share? Are there any special errors or warnings in
the event log?
