I just got an Motorola MPX220 with Windows Mobile 2003 2nd ed. V4.21.

The start menu comes standard with programs that I don't use and would like
to delete: this saves time to go to the the programs that I do use. I tried
deleting them under the windows/start menu directory and even though they're
deleted there, they keep on showing up in the start menu (even after a
restart). Any advice would be appreciated! Frank.

Try using Start->Menus-> and uncheck the stuff you don't want.

Thanks Brian. That's what I figured, but that possibility is unavailable...
