Please log in for more thread options Make sure ActiveSync is uninstalled. Make sure you have the latest version
of WMDC installed. Uninstall all 3rd party smartphone apps on the host PC
and the smartphone. Reboot and try to sync. It should work. If not you
may have to hard reset your smartphone after deleting all 3rd party
smartphone apps from your PC.
