 I have an AT&T 8525 for which htc has a WM6 ROM upgrade. I am presently
on WM5.

This link, edited a bit for safe-clicking, suggests I may require
Exchange Server 2007. I have Exchange Server 2003SP2.

Will I *lose* any features in a Exchange Sever 2003SP2 WM6 combination?
Am I likely to experience other problems?

No. The "feature" that requires Exchange 2007 is HTML Outlook e-mail. WM6
has HTML e-mail support for IMAP, POP and Exchange 2007 e-mail. Exchange
2003 e-mail will be text only (just like with WM5.)
