I think you've got things a little mixed up.
RPC over HTTP is a way to have Outlook working with RPC from remote
locations.
Your Samsung device has Outlook Mobile, not full Outlook, so it works
differently. Instead of RPC, it Syncs with the Server. And yes, Sync is done
over HTTP. So you will have no problem at all using your current
infrastructure to Sync your mobile with the server, and will be able to Sync
data such as Mail, Contacts, Calendar and Tasks.
