There are no Windows Mobile 5 devices in the market yet - they should start
showing up now in Q3 or Q4.
Buying one now or waiting is really a personal decision. If you need a
device now, then you shouldn't wait for promises - things may not work, the
device you find in your area does not have the feature you want, etc. See
what are the requirements and the actual need to decide to buy or wait...
