Installed last night after posting this reply. Upon install, it offered to do
all the add-ins. I selected the Live Favorites, which was there previously, and
the install completed. When IE launched, all of the addins were there except the
Live Favorites one! Trying to install it again gave me an error that it was
already installed.
I uninstalled just the Live Favorites add-in from Add/Remove Programs in COntrol
Panel and then installed the add-in again. It took a restart of IE, but the
toolbar now included the add-in.
