Please log in for more thread options
Make sure Outlook is running in cached mode and that it's opened when you go
to index your store.
Another thing to check is in IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, Programs and
ensure that Outlook is set as your email client.
If Outlook Express is selected, it will not index Outlook.
If those are set appropriately, check your indexing options, click Browse
and ensure that the outlook folders you want indexed are selected.
