I get an error:
"We're sorry, but Windows Desktop Search has detected a problem with your
desktop index and cannot continue. Please reinstall Windows Desktop Search
here:
http://toolbar.msn.com"
I'm using IE7 (beta preview ) therefor I don't need the entire MSN Tool bar.

I reinstall Windows Desktop Search from
"http://www.microsoft.com/windows/desktopsearch/enterprise/default.mspx"
and I got the smae error.
There is no way to uninstall Windows Desktop Search ?

You should be able to remove it from Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.

It does not appear in Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.

It would seem that it is not completely removed. Try this utility:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

It is the MSI Installer Cleanup Utility. It isn't a cure-all, but it might help
clear out a broken install/uninstall so that you can reinstall.

Hi,
I have multiple folders called myEmails. Ofcourse except one the rest are
all archived.
Is it possible to do a query of the form "retrieve email that are in a
folder called myEmails regardless" i.e. get all email from my current
myEmails folder including emails from the archived myEmails folder.

Thanks for any help. Hope everyone has an excellent weekend *smile*
