Hi, don't know if this is in the right thread, but here goes anyway...

I've recently tried installing W2K3 SP1 on a server running SMS 2003 SP1,
but got an error '997-Overlapped I/O'. According to KB906570, this is a
security error between SMS and W2K3 SP1 when SMS tries to access a remote
database.

My question is, is there any easy way to get the files needed to fix this,
as shown in the KB article, without having to call MS tech support and
getting charged a fortune? Does anybody know if this is likely to be fixed in
SMS2003 SP2?
