Please log in for more thread options Sorry to be dense, but please define logon to the server. In my case, when
the person tries to connect to a share on the server from a client Windows
computer using credentials that have the Change Password setting checked,
they are unable to supply a set of credentials (username and password) that
will allow them access to the share. If I clear the Change Password box,
then they're able to attach to the share with the username and password just
fine. They never get prompted to change passwords.
If they log on by actually sitting at the console or using Remote Desktop,
then they're prompted to change the password.
Thanks
