Hi,
Windows Mobile 6 does allow you to use wireless data while connected.
However you must setup a partnership to use it. If you do not want to sync
with this PC, then just make sure you do not have any synchronization
options enabled.
This feature is also in ActiveSync 4.5 when you setup a partnership.
