You can.
The one for "IT Professionals and Developers" is the full SP2 package. The
one you get from Windows Update attempts to download only the components
your particular computer requires.
One advantage to downloading the full package is you can burn it to a CD so
on future installations you don't have to download it again.
You can also order it from Microsoft on CD free of charge.
