Street names are in record type 1. If there are alternate names for the
same street, the alternate name(s) will be in record type 5, linked to
record type 1 via record type 4.

Example from Wibaux county, MT
Type 1 provides the name "State Highway 7" for TLID 161934335
Type 4 provides two alternate names for TLID 161934335:
FEAT ID 92, and FEAT ID 34
Type 5 provides the name "Old Hwy 10" for FEAT ID 92
Type 5 provides the name "Wibaux St" for FEAT ID 34
