It looks gorram shiny, and the reviews are positive. I would prefer a
device that uses SD cards, as I already have a signifigant investment in
those for my Zodiac. The prices I've found are good, but 16 MB of
internal memory is rather limiting; I have over half of my device's 128
MB filled.

I agree.
I'm an Sony fan from way back, but have avoided their Cameras, etc. with
their memory stick.
I standardized several yrs ago on SD cards for Cameras, Palm, etc.
It's interesting that most devices I like use SD cards, so my decision
was easy.

Of course the Sony PDAa are no longer supported anyway, but otherwise
they have some very nice designs.
