If you use a Cisco Unity server for your voicemail, I bet you find it really
frustrating that the WAV files you receive in your Inbox are in the wronmg
format to be played on your smartphone. You can see the attachment, download
it to your phone, but it won't play. How frustrating is that???? :(
No more - here is the solution -
http://cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_upgrade_guides_chapter09186a008022dfc2.html#wp1048940 .
Just switch the recording format to GSM 6.10. Easy. In five minutes, you
will be listening to your office voicemail messages on your smartphone. Enjoy!
Cheers
