Hi MS Best Brains!

I'm looking for a solution on my problem. On my MS ISA 2000 SP2 I have
restricted access to audio and video by the content types. However
users can still download WMV since the type are being considered as a
text/plain. I do have WMV in "Video" content group.

Could you please suggest me the way how to restrict access to WMV files
in this case?
