I am using an iPAQ 4150 with Microsoft Pocket PC Version 4.20.1081
(Build13100) and ActiveSync Version 3.8.0(Build5004) and Windows Media
Player 9.0 Build 13100.

Clicking on the Internet Icon, the PDA connects to WindowsMedia.com. Any
audio, visual or other selection made from WindowsMedia.com results in the
error "Windows Media Player cannot play this file." The preloaded Welcome to
Windows Media file plays fine.

How do I resolve this?
Art

Hi Art,

Got the same configuration here and it works fine. Have you tried
performing a soft reset? Additionally, I suggest you post this question in

I'm assuming that the file is DRM protected and the issues revolve
around the encryption

Suggestion... try syncing the file to a memory card using a card reader
attached to your pc.

I don't buy drm protected content on principal, so I don't have any
concrete answers.
