It seems we're facing a similar problem. For me, my new sync
partnership with vista worked perfectly for a week until it suddenly
failed. Your description of the problem "... Now I connect, sync and
then WMDC says that the Qtek is not connected, even though the Qtek
says connected on the screen... " is exactly the same as mine.
