The Windows Mobile Device Center team is happy to announce the launch of
Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 for Windows Vista!
The Windows Mobile Device Center is the replacement for ActiveSync on
Windows Vista, and enables Windows Mobile users to connect their device,
quickly set up new partnerships, synchronize content including PIM and files,
transfer music, pictures, and video, and manage their devices with Windows
Vista. This new version contains key improvements and new features to support
Windows Mobile 6 devices.
The key updates delivered in this release include:
IRM activation
HTML mail
Certificate enrollment
File synchronization on all WM 6 devices
Windows Embedded CE 6.0 support
Automatic device authentication
Product registration
Silent-mode install for corporate deployment
