See http://salloway.org.uk/mediacenter/2004/version.htm to determine the
version you have. If it is correct, you may need to make a registry change.
Open REGEDIT and go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center
Look for the Ident value in the right pane. If it is incorrect for your
version, change it as indicated on Mark's page.
