For some reason, computer tuners are pickier than regular TV tuners,
especially in low-signal situations. Are you in a house or an apartment? Any
idea how many times the signal is split? Do you have a powered splitter? If
not, they're relatively inexpensive at Radio Shack and well worth it in
terms of improved signal...
