Typically, no. Systems that come pre-installed from the major OEM's are =
locked to the machine it was originally installed on, usually referred =
to as "BIOS locking". You can test this by clicking Start, Run and =
entering=20
%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /A
It will tell you if activation is required or not.
