The speed issue is common although I don't have my Kaiser set up for any
synching. Any sort of file transfers take ages going through activesync and
since synching involves file transfers, I'm not surprised this takes 2 mins.
Since I don't use the synching function (simply because I don't want to
install Outlook (Outlook Express and Windows XPs native address book meet my
needs) I'm unable to advise about the overwriting..
The people to report it to are HTC (or if your Kaiser is an OEM/network
provided one, that company). As to whether that will help, be persistent and
ensure they don't get away with doing nothing... good luck!
