Hi,

I have performed the WM6 upgrade on my T-Mobile Dash and have experienced
some issues.

In Windows Media Player 10 on the Dash - if you select to switch to full
screen, the video stream rotates 90 degrees - as though it believes the Dash
to be a Pertrait screened sevice.

Is there a registry key to stop this behaviour ?

Thanks,
Vincent

A beta version of WM6 for the Dash was leaked months ago, so I suspect a
number of folks have already attacked some of these issues- you might
want to check the forums for the "Excalibur" (the generic name for the
Dash) at forum.xda-developers.com and see what they've come up with there.

Good luck!

Thanks - but I am aware of the xda-developers discussions and have been
actively engaged in it.

I am actually hoping to get some comment from Microsoft on the issues.

The issue is definitely known. Try this reg key as a workaround.

[HKLM\System\GDI\Rotation]

"LandscapeMode"=dword:0
