First of all, you didn't need to go to Windows Mobile 6 to have Push Mail.
Windows Mobile 5 AKU 2.1 which comes with the TyTN does push mail perfectly.
Second, I don't understand what you say about reformatting the address. Sync
doesn't reformat anything. It either brings data from the mobile to the
server or from the server to the mobile. The same way, selecting a person
from contacts does only a search; it doesn't reformat anything.
I believe you are not understanding what you see. Probably, on your Outlook
at the desktop, if you arrange correctly the way to present the data, you
will see everything as you want.
