I have changed companies and I would like to update my mobile outlook
for my new server and connection setting on my Att&t blackjack. The
issue is that I can change the server (web mail) location, but it does
not allow me to change the user name or domain...obviously an issue.

Is there a way to clear the outlook settings without resetting the whole
phone? I am not too keen on losing all of my contacts.

Bizarrely enough, you have to change it on the desktop in Activesync
while the device is connected! You can create an Exchange account on
either the device or the PC, but you can't edit the username or
domain on the device once created! (Don't ask me what they were
thinking!)

That did it. Thanks. It really had me beating my head against the wall.
