I had this working great - just like a blackberry, instant delivery of new
emails - then it stopped synchronizing. In fact it won't synchronize even
when send/receive is clicked on. Instead it goes:
Connecting... Synchronizing Folders... Error Synchronizing... Finished.
The 'Error synchronizing' message only appears for a moment. There is
nothing in the event log on the Exchange OMA machine. I could not find an
event log on the WM5 device (Cingular 8125).

Any ideas what to do next? Thanks...

Let me ask this again in a different way. How do I diagnose issues
associated with complex services such as Outlook synchronization, especially
over the air (OTA), when all I get a brief flash of an error message that
does not even contain an error number? What is the approach I should follow?

Thanks,

Actually, the 8125 is a Pocket Pc Phone Edition device, so I would
reccomend posting this question there. This is the "Smartphone" group.
