Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. "Empty deleted items" and
"Clear Outlook email" are both greyed out in the Activesync account, and
they never used to be. I got a sync error while syncing via USB, but then I
synced it again and there were no errors and no unresolved items reported.
The next time I needed to use the empty deleted items menu choice, it was
greyed out, along with the clear Outlook email menu choice. Are there any
status registry keys or settings in files that could be telling Pocket
Outlook or ActiveSync to disable these commands. I also noticed, after the
error (communication error while the device - Treo 700w - was syncing via
USB), that my inbox was not actually in sync. I fixed it manually, and it
appears to be keeping up sync now. This is a Treo 700w with the first
revision of the MSFP installed. If I could get to the Clear Outlook Email
command, I could have it start with a new sync without wiping the entire
config.
If anyone knows how to get those two menu choices enabled without starting
all over with Activesync, please let me know. I can be reached at msemg at
