I had a similar problem, after I upgraded, the Bluetooth ear piece
stopped working. My carrier tried and tried, and ultimately we did a
hard reset for WM6. It solved some of the other problems, but the
bluetooth still doesn't work. They suggested I purchase another
earpiece.
