Hi all:

I jsut got a enw Moto Q with WM 5, and immeidately had problems when our SSL
certificate wasn't compatible with teh phone. So we upgraded the Cert, but
now when I try to synch I get another error, and when I looked up the error
I found this oh-so-helpful info:

0x85010014
0x80042235
ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server.
A synchronization source, either Exchange Server or Microsoft Office
Outlook, reported an internal error. Typically, this condition is temporary.
Try to synchronize again later. However, if the condition persists, you may
have to contact an administrator.

Does anyone have any idea what THAT means?! Telus (my carrier) is useless
for support.

Thanks.

John.

Hi,
Have you tried installing the cert on the Q?

Hi Chris:

Yes, but the Q is locked from installing new certs. That's why we upgraded
our server cert, that one is already on the Q.

This is a total PITA, everyone at my company uses Blackberry but I asked
them to let me use WM 5, and now the thing doesn't work! :(

Hi,
The Q can have certs installed. Contact Verizon to get their special cert
installer.
