There is not enough information in your posting to be able to answer
your question.
WGS84 is a Datum and not a projection system. The "Everest1830" is an
Ellipsoid definition and not the complete definition of a datum
transformation. You need to know which Datum is in use. If you are
projecting your data onto a grid then you also need to know the grid
projection parameters that being used.
If your data is in a simple ASCII text format and you know more about
the Datum and Grid projection parameters, (or perhaps state exactly
where in the world the data relates to) then it may be possible to use
"GPS Utility" to transform your data for you. (see www.gpsu.co.uk).
If your data is in ASCII text format and you can provide more
information, you may wish to send me 2 small sample dataset files and
I may then be able to give you better advice.
