WDS will not index any emails on my exchange server! I've tried
everything...
1) Installed/reinstalled WDS
2) Uninstalled that an installed the full MSN search with bar
3) Removed all folders from the index except the exchange server I want
to index

When selecting the exchange folder to index, I see the exclamation
triangle icon next to the folder I want to index and I get a "One or
more folders is populated by an add-in program..." when I try to select
it. I removed the exchange server and added it back in manually to see
if this would fix it but it did not. I am running in cached exchange
mode, but I did try to turn this off and it stil didn't work.

I wish it would tell me what add-in is populating this because I've
disabled all add-ins and coms in the outlook options. I love the WDS
interface and it's much more functional than GDS as far as options and
the shorcuts are great and easy to program. If anyone has any ideas
please help!!!

Thanks,
Dillon

I get the same exact problems. I have been round and round with MSN tech
support on an e-ticket I submitted and they have not come back with anything
meaningful to try. I've tried everything they've suggested and still doesn't
help. Looks like waiting until v3.0 is the only option and hope that they
acknowledged the problem and fixed it.

Open Outlook and then click on Help, make sure WDS isn't in the disabled
add-ins list. This can cause what you are seeing.
Also how much RAM do you have on your system?

Thanks!

Jeff
