Hi, everyone.

I have been running ActiveSync 4.2 on my XP system, but it has
stopped working. Whenever I try to run ActiveSync, I get the
error message shown in the subject.

I don't know if it's related, but the problem started right after
I uninstalled and reinstalled .NET Framework 1.1.

Can anyone tell me what's causing this error and how I can get
the program working?
