Hi,
I'm running Vista Business, Outlook 2007 and synch'ing to an HP iPAQ running
Pocket PC 2003 Pro. The issue I have is with Outlook sync'ing. All my files
sync fine, as does my email. But Outlook cannot sync. When I attempt to
sync I get the following message
Microsoft Outlook Syncronization -
Microsoft Outlook is no longer installed, so Windows Mobile Device Center
cannot continue to run. To continue syncronization, reinstall Microsoft
Outlook ...
I click that message away and get the following one
Windows Mobile Device Center -
Syncronization cannot be started because you are not able to log on to the
network and access information. Restart your desktop computer and syncronize
again ...
Again, everything but my Outlook data - contacts, calendar and tasks - syncs
just fine. Obviously I am running Outlook without problem on the desktop and
can view contacts, calendar and tasks on the PDA, but they won't talk to each
other. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hi Todd,
Can you try the following steps and see if they work for you?
1. Delete the current partnership on the device.
2. Repair just the outlook profile or outlook on the desktop.
3. Reboot the machine.
4. Open outlook with the profile you want to sync with.
5. Connect the device and set up a new partnership.
Thanks,
Abdulkadar [MSFT]
