 Every now and then, my WM5 smartphone will "freeze" (sort of) when I try to
answer a call. When it happens, the call is dropped, and the incoming call
information displayed on the screen gets stuck there. The menus and
applications in the background are still responsive, so the phone hasn't
completely locked up, but in order to use the phone again, I have to
soft-reset the smartphone.

This only happens occasionally. The only pattern I've been able to establish
is that this only occurs when the phone is locked.

The smartphone is configured to use the push functionality in Exchange, and
a lock screen is mandated by the security policy.

The phone has the latest ROM provided by Verizon.
