VBI format notification to Windows Media Center LSS 05-28-2008

 It looks like Windows Media Center always considers the VBI data it receives
are NTSC format (closed caption). Thus if we feed a PAL signal with teletext,
Windows Media Center will only display the video but not the teletext. Does
anybody know how a capture device driver should notify Windows Media Center
the correct VBI data format?
