I have many "message delivered" which I have to manually read and
delete. Are there any utilities that can delete all of them with
option to delete unread ones and read one ?

I know there is a utility that can delete all read messages but my
"message delivered" are mostly unread as I don't really bother with
them most of the time. I sometimes refer to them to check whether
message has been delivered but not all the time.
