Using NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService In Permissions Will 03-24-2006

On a domain controller, the DHCP client service won't start, and this
service is set to logon as the user NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService. Microsoft
e-mail tech support is telling us to give this user access to a specific
registry section, but I don't see any way to enter NT
AUTHORITY\NetworkService into any ACL. Listing all users in the domain
does NOT find this user and used NetworkService directly is rejected as well
with User not found.

How does one create ACL references that include NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService?
