I want to know if there is a way of updating a SIM file (e.g. 0x6F01).
>From what I read SIM Manager API stops short of this capability. Is
there another way? (i.e. sending APDU to SIM?)

 There is an API SimWriteRecord, which succeed in 2003/WM5 emulator, but
failed in my 2003 device

the ability of sending APDU will be great, but I do not know HOW?
