 This update shows up as high priority, KB899589.
But this cannot be installed and it seems outdated update to me.
I have Windows XP SP3 in my computer.

 It's already included in XP SP3.
That KB was published way back in 2005.

Funny, same thing is happening to me. I too was wondering if this was new,
but it does appear to be an old update.

Funny, same thing is happening to me. I thought it might be new, but it does
appear to be an old update.
