Please log in for more thread options I'm having the same problem, but only when syncing to my office computer, not
my home computer. Initially activated the device on the home computer. no
problems, including the files sync. Then installed ActiveSync and activated
on my office computer. Problems with 19 unresolved files on the office
computer. syncing more than 19 files, and all files appear to be on the
office computer. how do I identify / fix this problem?
