I have a Qtek 9100 running WM5 and a new laptop running Vista Buisiness. I
have installed WMDC and am able to detect my PDA. However, when I try to
sync (using both USB and Bluetooth) it seems to run in an endless loop. On
my PDA I get the errormessage "The server could not be contacted"
SupportCode: 0x80072EFF.

Does anyone have any suggestions to a solution?

Thanks!

- Mikkel

Hi Mikkel,

Try repairing the WMDC install. You can access it under Control Panel -
Programs and Features - select WMDC and right-click to repair and then
connect your device after performing a soft reset.

Hi Raj,

Thanks,

That had some effect. I now get a (very quickly) "Sync. completed" on my
laptop, but on the PDA, I get the same error message; 0x80072EFF (and a
"Waiting for network").
